What does the Investigations & Litigation Department do?

We specialise in accounts that have failed to reach a suitable payment plan, we will review your account for possible Litigation recovery.

What happens if I ignore your letters and/or calls?

If we have contacted you about an account with us, then it is important we talk to you, so that we can work together to clear your account. We understand it can be embarrassing or difficult speaking to a stranger about your finances, but we are here to help.
The Investigations and Litigation Department has a team of highly skilled Customer Agents who are trained to investigate customers’ financial circumstances and will propose an appropriate course of action based on their findings. We treat each of our customers fairly, we will work with you to understand your circumstances and find an affordable way for you to become debt free.

Individual Payments

You can make individual payments, for example you can settle your account completely or just make a one-off payment.

of any letter we send you, if you don't have a letter to hand please contact us.
